What is the third world attitude?
By the third world attitude we refer to two kinds of attitudes. The first one is the attitude that the more developed countries have always had at the third world countries. Another connotation is the attitude that has become embedded in us such traffic unlawfulness, throwing our garbage anywhere, etc. Both these attitudes are included under the third world attitude for this purpose.
